A typical QHHT® session with me is up to 6 hour long, and includes three parts:

Conversation

We'll discuss your life experiences and review your list of questions. These can cover life purpose, significant events, challenging situations, relationships, health, talents, soul origins, past lives, extra-terrestrial connections—anything you're curious about. Please bring a list of questions to the session.

Two-hour Hypnosis (Theta State):

Over two hours, you'll explore past, parallel, or current life experiences and connect with your Higher Self to receive healing and answers to your questions.

In order to answer the questions the higher self needs to have a voice. You, the client, will be in a deep state of hypnosis, whilst remaining fully aware at all times, allowing your higher self to use your voice to answer the questions I’ll be asking on your behalf.

The hypnosis part is audio recorded and the file is provided to you.

A brief conversation afterwards

We'll conclude with a brief conversation to discuss your experiences and ensure you are grounded, and ready to continue with your day.

1. Your session is private and no one else is allowed to be there.

2. QHHT can be done in person only. Either in Wantage, UK, a home visit within the UK, or my studio in France.

3. Please write on a piece of paper and bring a list of questions to ask your Higher Self.

   These can cover your life’s purpose, any significant events you may want a clarification on, challenging situations (in this technique the ‘why’, ‘what for’ and ‘how’ questions are very relevant. You can ask about any health issues and you can request healing; find outwhy you met or are with certain people, any other relationships, your talents and abilities, soul origins, past lives, extra-terrestrial connections—anything you're curious about.

4. We will spend 6 hours together so please eat well, but light before you come in. I will have water/tea and a little snack available but feel free to bring your own snack. The night before and day of the session don’t drink alcohol and try to limit your caffeine on the day of your session.

5. If you can, allow a whole day to yourself or at leats an hour or two afterwards to reflect.

6. The up to 2 hours hypnosis part will be recorded and a file emailed to you the same day so you can listen to it and access all the information and tap into healing energy whenever you feel like to.

7. Remember, your intention is to have a great session and have fun with self discovery as well! Once you have made a decision to have a QHHT session, your Higher Self starts preparing and getting ready to have a wonderful conversation with you. Your conscious ‘ego’ self needs to be reminded to take a back seat to this experience. (We will ensure of it!)

8. Wear comfortable clothes, as you will be laying down for part of our  time together.

9. I know that you’ll come with an open mind. And don’t worry…getting into a hypnotic state is very easy, especially with Dolores Cannon’s method.

10. You will be well looked after. I will use my extensive experience in holistic healing and mental health, always non-judgemental approach, and follow my intuition to make you feel safe, seen and understood.

11. Be curious, but don’t have any specific expectations of what might come up.

12. Trust your Higher Self. It takes care of you and your body. It knows best what is right for you at every moment of your life.

    That is why during the session you will receive exactly what you need most at the moment.

QHHT® works by facilitating direct access to your Higher Self through a deeply relaxed state of consciousness (theta state of mind).

Deep hypnotic trance: theta state.

The brain in a deep hypnotic trance operates in by activity in the theta frequency range. We find ourselves in exactly this state at least twice a day: once when falling asleep, and the second time shortly before waking from normal sleep. At that time, the right hemisphere of the brain, responsible for images, symbols and dreams, is most active, while the left hemisphere, responsible for analytical thinking, is deeply relaxed.

And this unique brain activity facilitates access to subconscious memories, insights, and deeper levels of awareness, making the theta state ideal for accessing Higher Self–this infinite part of you that holds profound wisdom and the power to initiate healing.

When ego joins the party?

During a session, the ego can join the party if it really wants to (and we know it does ;) but it takes a backseat, allowing The Subconscious/Higher Self, to step forward.

While the ego might resist or want control, don’t worry, we use techniques to help it settle down, so you can fully engage in the process.

Free will and a green light. How the healing happens?

Your Higher Self honours your free will, it won’t interfere but it waits for you to ask questions and give consent for healing.

The session begins with an in-depth conversation, where I guide you to refine and understand the questions you want to ask your Higher Self.

Once we enter the hypnosis phase and after we journey through past or parallel life, I speak to your Subconscious, your Higher Self to explain the root cause of any issues—physical, mental, or emotional—and how to resolve them.

If healing is permissible, it happens instantly, without the need for medication, discomfort, or surgery, simply by addressing the energetic source of the issue.

The power of QHHT® lies in the idea that anything is possible.

The only limitation is our mind, belief systems and mental blocks. That’s why the process requires trust, openness, and a willingness to receive both answers and healing.

You always hear the truth. It’s impossible to ‘make t up’.

QHHT goes beyond past life regression but it is still an important part of the session.

Past lives?

What I want to point out that from a perspective of an infinite soul time doesn’t exist and there is no past. We are living all experiences (lives) simultaneously in the present moment.

Maybe this is our first incarnation on Earth?

Or maybe you lived a thousand lives before.

Or perhaps you are meant to be shown events from your current life?

Or, maybe a parallel life on another planet in other form as an ET, life as energy, an element, a place or something totally different.

What truly matters is that any recalled events are always deeply tied to your present emotional, mental, or physical state and life.

Higher Self often uses imagery or experiences—whether from a perceived past life or an ‘imprint life’—to highlight the root cause of issues like emotional tension, unresolved trauma, physical ailments.

It can also show us experiences to highlight our powerful abilities, talents and skills.

The purpose is the energetic release and healing.

Experiencing and reliving these moments (without feeling any physical symptoms) can release suppressed emotions or energies that have been stored in the body, resulting in profound relief or healing.

This release often brings about sensations of clarity, integration, or catharsis, which can dramatically improve well-being. Clients frequently describe the process as cleansing, as if long-held burdens or fragmented aspects of the psyche are reintegrated into wholeness.

P.S. Many people come to me after their sessions and say that they feel that they knew many answers already….They realise that they’ve been communicating with their Higher Self all along and now have the ability to discern their true voice.

I believe that with the Earth shifting into 5D frequency, clear communication with the Higher Self, other beings through the power of our mind is becoming the new normal.

If our mind can create it, it can also heal it.

In a wonderful book “Soul Speak”, Julia Cannon (daughter of Dolores Cannon) says that every ache, pain and symptom is the Higher Self delivering a message of importance to you.

Once its delivered and understood, it can be healed.

Body Scan and powerful healing by Higher Self.

Towards the end of the QHHT session, the therapist will always ask the higher self to do a scan of the client’s body and report what shows up. This can take a few minutes, with the Higher Self explaining what they are finding as they do the scan.

The therapist may well ask what is the emotional cause of any dis-ease which shows up and requests that the higher self gives healing.

Almost always, the answer is yes. The therapist will then ask about the degree of healing (partial or total), whether it will be instantaneous or gradual and the time it will take for the effects to be felt.

What if Higher Self says ‘no’ to healing?

Sometimes the Higher Self will say that it’s not appropriate for them to give healing if the client had pre-determined they would have a serious illness or disability, in order to learn a life lesson or to repay karma.

In that case, the therapist can ask further questions, such as ‘What more does the client need to do or learn before healing can be given?’

Depending on the case, we will also ask other questions and see if we can request partial healing or pain relief, and very often this request is granted.

Like I mentioned before, because of a free will, we need to ask for healing, believe in it, and be actually ready to often shift our identity and make lifestyle changes to become ‘healthy’.

Dolores Cannon (b.1931-d.2014) discovered throughout 50 years of her career that with the help of hypnotic regression, you can go to experiences from other times and places that have a direct connection to the person's current life situation.

Exploring "past incarnations" in her therapeutic practice, Dolores Cannon soon made another discovery. She noticed that during a regression session, it is possible to contact the so-called Higher Self.

The Higher Self or The Subconscious (she called it that from a lack of a better word in the ‘60s) is a certain higher (and infinite) aspect of us.
